The day concludes with a restorative Sound Bath that marks the beginning of your immersion experience.

 

Day Two: Move

The Healing Power of Movement

Participants explore mindful movement through gentle yoga and foundational Thai Bodywork techniques.

​

Emphasis is placed on mobility, flexibility, posture, and the importance of movement in daily wellness.

​

Participants begin learning how to safely support one another's physical well-being.

 

Day Three: Heal

Hands-On Healing

This day focuses on Acupressure techniques that support common everyday concerns such as stress, headaches, digestive support, fatigue, and sleep quality.

​

Participants build confidence in incorporating these practices into their regular routines.

​

The day concludes with guided relaxation.

 

Day Four: Create

Engaging the Senses

Creativity becomes part of the healing process.

​

Participants create personalized Herbal Balls and learn how aromatic herbs, warmth, and intention can become tools for wellness.

​

Additional activities may include journaling prompts, mindful conversations, and family bonding exercises.

 

Day Five: Restore

Deep Restoration

Reflexology takes center stage as participants learn techniques to support one another through intentional touch.

​

The evening Sound Bath creates a deeply restorative experience designed to reset the nervous system.

 

Day Six: Sustain

Building a Wellness Lifestyle

Participants work with Lanette to develop customized wellness routines that realistically fit into their daily lives.

​

Topics include creating boundaries around self-care, integrating healing practices into busy schedules, and maintaining consistency.

 

Day Seven: Launch

Empowerment Beyond the Experience

The final day celebrates growth, connection, and confidence.

​

Participants receive personalized wellness plans, revisit their original intentions, and leave with actionable tools for long-term success.

​

The experience concludes with a meaningful closing ceremony.
