CANCELLATION POLICY

Ocean's Echo is a one-woman business. As such, each appointment is carefully scheduled. In advance of each appointment, the room is prepared physically and energetically for each client.

 

Beginning October 28, 2024, cancellation of an appointment should be made no less than 48 hours prior to the appointment start time.  Cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment will be expected to pay a cancellation fee of $35; and the client will be asked to prepay for future appointments.
