CANCELlATION POLICY

Ocean's Echo is a one-woman business. As such, each appointment is carefully scheduled. In advance of each appointment, the room is prepared physically and energetically for each client.

 

Cancellation of an appointment should be made no less than 4 hours prior to the appointment start time.  Cancellations made within 4 hours of an appointment will be asked to pay a cancellation fee of $40.
