Thai Yoga Bodywork, also known as Thai massage or Nuad Boran, is an ancient healing practice that combines assisted yoga postures, gentle stretching, and rhythmic massage. Performed on a mat while the recipient remains fully clothed, the practitioner uses their hands, feet, knees, and elbows to guide the body into various positions, enhancing flexibility and relieving tension. Benefits of Thai yoga bodywork include improved circulation, reduced muscle and joint tension, increased range of motion, stress relief, and a deep sense of relaxation. It also promotes energy flow through the body’s sen (energy) lines, supporting physical, emotional, and energetic balance. Clients are asked to conduct an Intake Interview with Lanette, by phone, prior to each session. A treatment plan is developed to the client's needs as they evolve.
