Thai Yoga Bodywork

Service Description

Thai Yoga Bodywork is performed on a floor mat, with the recipient fully clothed, without the use of lotions or oils. This practice combines multiple techniques, including compression/release, energy lines similar to acupressure, joint mobilization, and passive stretching. These techniques help improve circulation, mobility, nerve conductivity, and facilitate the removal of metabolic waste, providing deep relaxation for muscles and fascia. In these ways, this work is an excellent complement to more traditional Swedish massage. Thai Yoga bodywork provides gentle opening in the body to improve general well-being.
