Holistic Wood Therapy: Description and Benefits Holistic wood therapy, also known as Madero therapy, is a non-invasive body and facial treatment that uses anatomically crafted wooden tools to stimulate the skin, muscles, and lymphatic system. Rooted in ancient Eastern and South American healing practices, wood therapy blends physical manipulation with energetic principles to create a deeply therapeutic experience for both body and mind. How It Works: Using various wooden instruments—such as rollers, cups, and contouring tools—the practitioner performs rhythmic movements that help break down localized fat, reduce cellulite, stimulate blood flow, and improve lymphatic drainage. When practiced holistically, the treatment also focuses on restoring energetic balance, reducing stress, and encouraging the body’s natural detoxification processes. If more than one area of the body is to be worked on, then the time and rate will be increased accordingly. Areas of the body are divided as such: 1. Arms 2. Back 3. Waist 4. Stomach 5. Hips 6. Buttocks 7. Back of Legs 8. Front of Legs 9. Calves INTRODUCTORY RATES (thru 10/1)**: •Single session- 60 minutes, $75 •Package of 6 sessions- 45 minutes, $300 •Package of 12 sessions- 45 minutes, $550
Cancellation Policy
Ocean's Echo is a one-woman business. As such, each appointment is carefully scheduled. In advance of each appointment, the room is prepared physically and energetically for each client. Cancellation of an appointment within 12 hours of the scheduled time will result in a $40 cancellation fee; and the client will be asked to prepay for future appointments. Thank you.
