Service Description

Herbal therapy balls, also known as herbal compresses, are traditional tools used in holistic healing practices, particularly in Thai medicine. These compresses are made by bundling a blend of therapeutic herbs and spices, such as lemongrass, turmeric, kaffir lime, and ginger, in a cotton cloth. They are steamed to release their essential oils and healing properties, then applied to the body through gentle pressing, rolling, or kneading. The benefits of herbal therapy balls include relief from muscle tension, reduction of inflammation, improved circulation, and soothing of aches and pains. The heat from the compress enhances relaxation, while the natural properties of the herbs promote detoxification, rejuvenation, and stress relief. This therapy is used to complement acupressure and reflexology treatments, providing a deeply nourishing and restorative experience. Clients are asked to conduct an Intake Interview Form with Lanette, by phone, prior to each session. A treatment plan is developed to the client's needs as they evolve.
